This will help a lot of people.

A lot of people resort to skipping breakfast since they are so busy. When you’re trying to change your habits and trying to increase your protein intake it will be much easier if you add a protein source at breakfast.

We put together a few options you can have in a car or super quick before you take off to take on your day.

Most people have trouble eating enough protein.

Generally we recommend a goal of getting 100g of protein/day for our clients.

Typically that is a hard number to reach since most only eat one source of protein per day. We say do your best to try and get 100g, and if you don’t hit it, you still ate more than you’ve been eating.

Here is a simple way to get 25g of protein per day!

We have a delicious recipe below that is a perfect high-protein lunch! It's also an effortless and fast prep.

Beef and Noodle Lunch

Ingredients: Makes 5 servings

1. 2lbs of Ground Beef (leaner the better)
2. 1 Green Pepper
3. 1 Onion
4. Italian Seasoning
5. Salt
6. Pepper
7. 0.5-1 TBSP of butter
8. Kimchi - Half a jar (optional)
9. Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions:

- Cut up onion and bell pepper. Put the cast iron pan on medium heat. Once the pan is heated, put butter in. Once melted, add the veggies to the pan.

- While veggies cook, mix up 2 lbs of ground beef with salt, Italian seasoning, and ground pepper. Add to pan.

- Once beef is cooked, add in kimchi and mix. Once the beef is cooked through, drain the liquid and divide it into glass containers.
