We spy Sam Buranich III in the NFDA’s quarterly magazine! Sam attended the National Funeral Directors Association Convention in Chicago.

Attending national conventions and continuing education programs is an important part of what we do—not just for our own growth, but for the families and community we serve.

Ongoing training allows us to bring back new ideas, best practices, and the highest standards of care to the people who place their trust in us during life’s most difficult moments.

We are always grateful for the opportunity to learn from others in our profession and to continue improving how we serve each family with compassion, dignity, and respect.

On this Patriot Day, we remember the innocent lives lost on September 11, 2001, and pay tribute to the courage of the first responders and heroes who answered the call. We also hold in our hearts the families forever changed by that day.

🏌️‍♂️ This past week, our funeral home staff had the honor of participating in the Golf Tournament — a meaningful event celebrating the legacy of the late, great Markus Paul. 🧡

Markus was not only a beloved NFL coach and player, but also a proud Syracuse Orange Football alum whose impact continues to inspire both on and off the field. It was a privilege to be part of a day filled with community, remembrance, and giving back in his name.
