Our energy fields consist of our energy systems- the chakra system is representative of our endocrine system. our mind, body, and spirit encompass who we are. we experience stress, anxiety, depression, feelings of being overwhelmed, and just feeling stuck in life, asking ourselves, "who am I, what do I want to do, what do I enjoy, what creates me." Having underactive chakra points leads to feeling negative emotions, feelings of fatigue, depression, sadness, and cynicism surrounding your life. By having overactive chakra points we can experience feelings of anxiety, panic attacks, hyperactivity in the body and mind, suffer from restlessness or insomnia and feelings like our mind never shuts off. Overwhelming feelings of unstable emotions and having fluctuations in weight and health can be a mix of having some underactive chakra points and some overactive chakra points. having closed or blocked chakras and holding onto traumas we have experienced can cause physical manifestations of pain. Aligning our chakra points aligns our energy systems. Our Aura and energy fields hold traumas as scars which are imprinted upon our spirits showing the affect in a spiritual manifestation of what has happened to our beings. healing from these traumas and cutting cords from people who are unhealthy, separates us from that attachment and leaves us in a lighter place to step forth and heal into our highest self.
