Gardening season is upon us! And with gardening comes repetitive bending, lifting, and kneeling that can really take a toll on your body. Proper mechanics is key to avoid development of a low back or knee injury. At Madden and Gilbert, we focus on hands-on care to get you moving better and back to doing the things you love to do, naturally. We use personalized manual therapy techniques in combination with functional exercise to bridge the gap between the treatment table and the backyard.
