📣 I am pleased to announce that Ana Hyder Massage will be joining the team! 🎉🎉

I am so lucky to have Ana joining me here at the office. She brings 15 years of experience with her. She has given me many massages and we have even worked events and couple massages together in the past! She is the perfect fit for you all.

Ana specializes in sessions that support mobility, recovery and long term wellness. She integrates active and assisted stretching, gua sha and cupping to promote functional movement.

She is also skilled in TMJ massage also known as intra-oral or buccal massage for jaw tension pain relief. And her passion is prenatal massage to support during pregnancy and after birth.

Ana will be starting at the office August 16th and she will have primarily evening and weekend availability.

Celebrating 5 years as an LMT 🎉

And this really is a milestone…
According to the stats, 50% of businesses fail in the first five years AND 50-88% of massage therapists leave the profession due to burnout within the first 3-5 years.

But yet I’m still standing.

I won’t sit here and pretend it has all been roses. It’s HARD being a massage therapist. Then add being a business owner. Some days I wonder how I’m still going.

But truly, and I say this with my full heart. My regulars are the reason why. YOU reading this right now - are my reason why. Yes, I can say I worked hard to cultivate the clientele I have but I also think a lot of it was luck and/or the universe lining me up with the right people. My regulars are what keeps me doing this every day. I thank you ❤️

What does year 5 look like? Continuing to take care of you guys. I’m always working on my education to provide the best care and skills.
I do also hope to do more teaching, more workshops, mentorships, maybe even a CEU class 🤞🏻

I’ve been a massage therapist for nearly 5 years.
⚡️My specialties are lymphatic drainage and buccal massage. These became my specialties thanks to you guys. I always take account to what you’re looking for next in my practice.
❤️‍🔥 I also offer fun seasonal specials that spice things up from just a regular massage
🌙 but there’s nothing wrong with a good old therapeutic massage, which I still do offer those as well

My business thrived this year. Lessons were learned. Boundaries set. Growth mindset ❤️
I am proud of you for your commitment to self care. I truly have a clientele that includes bodywork as a part of a healthy lifestyle.
My 2025 goal is to continue to nourish my current clients. And as I head into year 5 of being an LMT, looking into expanding into education 🙏🏻

✨Traditional couples massage class: private 1:1 workshop where we cater to each persons needs to learn some new skills to use at home
✨NEW✨ Pre-natal class: Mamas get to rest and relax while their partner learns some massage moves to use at home to relieve aches and pains
