There are a lot of nice people here, the staff and other residents included. I have made new friends since being here. Actually, one person in particular that I became very close friends with and they actually live very close to me. It’s nice to make a connection that will last even after my time here at Camp Hill. Everyone here is sincere and helpful. The therapy team is great, I am able to not only walk but also go up stairs now. Everyone should come here!

My mom and dad were here before and I remember this place being wonderful. And my experience here has definitely been more than wonderful! It is very clean here and the staff are excellent and jolly. My roommate and I are very close and have had a ball together since we’ve been here. My first day here I was bombarded with many different people and staff members, it showed me that I was cared for and they never stopped showing up for me or caring. I ring my call bell a lot and and someone always shows up to help. I have made a lot of progress since I’ve been here following my total knee replacement. I am stronger and have less pain now. Danielle, who is one of my nurses, stands out to me the most because of how efficient and thorough she is. She respects the people she cares about and they respect her as well. I would absolutely recommend Camp Hill.

Lillian Reda, Genesis' National Director of Memory Support Clinical Practice and Education, recently attended the Alzheimer's Association Community Leaders Summit in Anaheim, CA.

This inspiring gathering brings together community leaders from across the country to share ideas, strengthen partnerships, and advance a collective vision of a world without Alzheimer’s and all other forms of dementia. The summit energizes participants to expand outreach, support, and impact in communities nationwide.

Reflecting on the experience, Lillian shared, “It was truly an impactful learning and networking experience. The ‘purple’ passion among attendees, the powerful personal stories shared, and the insights into the current momentum in care and treatment advancements were not only inspiring but absolutely energizing.”

Genesis is also proud to mark 17 years of participation as a National Team supporting Walk to End Alzheimer’s and Do What You Love to End ALZ, along with our continued efforts to expand access to education, support programs, advocacy, and research.

There is so much good to say about this center between the staff, the activities, the people, and the overall environment. Lupa, Michelle, and Kerstin are just a few of the incredible nursing staff members here. They are genuinely caring, always willing to answer questions, and most importantly, they make you feel like a friend rather than just part of their job. The therapy staff are amazing as well. Aldwin, in particular, has made a tremendous difference in my life. He helped me reach my goals and even got me walking again. I am truly better because of him!
I would absolutely recommend this center to others because of the compassionate staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the administrative team’s openness to communication and to answer any questions.
