Meet Izzy 💙
Just four days before her 6th birthday, a fun trip to the waterpark turned into an ICU stay and a Type 1 Diabetes diagnosis. Since that day, Izzy has faced every high, low, finger prick, and site change with unbelievable courage.

She never walks this journey alone—her incredible support system shows up for her every single day, and they proudly walked beside her at the 2025 Pittsburgh Breakthrough T1D Walk to cheer on their girl. Join us in celebrating Izzy's OmniSquad! 👟
