Hey everyone, we have some exciting news. Please help us welcome the newest member of our team Joshua Grosso LMT
we are super excited to have him on board. He will be starting August 1 with hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays to start.  Josh is super talented and brings a whole new dynamic to our practice so help us welcome Josh.

Josh is a 2022 graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. In 2024, he received his program certificate in massage therapy from Harrisburg Area Community College, and is currently a licensed massage therapist. Josh is an accomplished martial artist and instructor, with a third-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. He has a passion for helping people be their best and is eager to solve whatever challenges his clients are experiencing. In his spare time, Josh enjoys spending time with friends and family, listening to music, biking and rollerblading. Josh lives by the mantra, “Do or do not, there is no try” (Master Yoda).

Navy does it again!!! Sweeping gold !!! What an incredible group of athletes . I had an amazing time taking care of all of our athlete’s at the Armed Forces Triatholon At point Mugu California! Hats off to this group for their incredible efforts. They were amazing to watch
