This has been my “office” for the past two weeks—and I still have a week and a half to go 💛
I’ve had the privilege of teaching yoga, mindfulness, and social-emotional learning to K–5 students at Camp Hill School District.
A huge thank you to The Lion Foundation | Camp Hill, Pennsylvania for funding this grant and making this work possible.
These students are learning tools to help them feel calm, relaxed, and ready to learn—skills they can carry into the classroom and beyond.
