Happy Birthday, Michele

Today we’re celebrating Michele Einig, a teacher whose presence is as grounded as it is compassionate.

For over 25 years, Michele has walked the path of yoga with curiosity, dedication, and heart. Blending her background in psychology with the wisdom of the practice, she creates spaces where students can slow down, breathe, and reconnect, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

Her work extends beyond the studio, sharing trauma-informed yoga with youth and helping others build resilience, self-awareness, and a sense of inner steadiness.

She offers at JPY:
Mental Wellness Yoga - Mondays, 6:45 PM - 7:45 PM and Wednesdays, 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Just Plain Yoga - Wednesdays, 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM
