🛌 Aug 8 • Yoga Nidra with Shambhu (6:30–8pm)
Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restful meditative state that restores the nervous system and invites profound clarity. Guided by Shambhu’s grounding presence, this session will ease you into a spacious awareness between waking and dreaming.

📖 Aug 10 • STORYoga (Ages 2–5) with Holly K (5–5:45pm)
An imaginative blend of storytelling, movement, and play, STORYoga helps little ones explore emotions, breath, and self-expression. Parents can join in or watch the magic unfold. Perfect for curious minds and squiggly bodies!

🥁 Aug 13 • Drum & Chant with Jim Donovan (7–9pm)
Feel the pulse of community and connection through drumming and vocal rhythm. Jim creates an open, joy-filled space for everyone—from absolute beginners to seasoned musicians. No experience needed; drums provided.
🎶 Come raise your vibration and release stress with sound.

👶 Aug 17 • Little Om Yoga (Ages 6 wks–24 mo) with Holly K (5–5:45pm)
Bond with your baby through gentle movement, songs, and breath. This is a sweet space to connect with your little one while also nourishing your postpartum body and spirit.

🔔 Aug 24 • Sound Bath with Katy Krevsky (3–4:15pm)
Let go and drop in. Surrounded by soothing frequencies from crystal bowls, chimes, and voice, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation. A beautiful reset for the body, mind, and spirit as summer begins to turn inward.

Kirtan is an ancient chanting practice—a way to connect through music, breath, and voice. In this peaceful call-and-response style of singing, we’re not performing… we’re releasing. We’re remembering. We’re coming home to ourselves.

July Community Class: Supporting Loving Care Cat Rescue

This month, we’re rolling out our mats for more than just ourselves. Join us for our July Community Class, led by the wonderful Johanna Geister MS, RN, RYT 200, and come together in the spirit of compassion, community, and a little extra purr-pose.

This class supports Loving Care Cat Rescue, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing loving care to every cat that comes their way—regardless of medical needs or life circumstances. Their mission is simple and heartwarming: give every cat a chance at a happy, healthy forever home.
