Fall at Just Plain Yoga
The seasons are shifting, and so are we. Our Fall Schedule (SeptemberâNovember) is here, full of classes to meet you exactly where you are, whether youâre brand new, returning to your mat, or deepening your practice.
Whatâs New + Noteworthy
⨠Easeful Yoga with Heather, a Thursday evening pause to soften, restore, and gently tend to joints and breath.
⨠Core Yoga with Daniela, Tuesdays at 9 AM, in-studio + virtual. Reconnect with your center and strengthen from the inside out.
⨠Mobility Yoga with Erica, now Thursday mornings at 10:15. Think of it as movement medicine for longevity and ease.
⨠Weighted Wednesdays with Amanda, add light weights (or not!) to bring fresh strength into your yoga.
⨠Yoga Flow with Michele, now Wednesday mornings at 10:15. Accessible vinyasa-inspired movement that feels good.
⨠Just Plain Yoga with Erica, Saturdays at 9:30 AM. Our namesake class, for everybody.
A Word from Tina:
As the equinox approaches, light and dark find balance, an invitation for us to do the same. Balance doesnât have to mean perfect poses or big shapes; sometimes itâs simply carving out an hour to breathe, move, and be.
