🛌 Aug 8 • Yoga Nidra with Shambhu (6:30–8pm)
Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restful meditative state that restores the nervous system and invites profound clarity. Guided by Shambhu’s grounding presence, this session will ease you into a spacious awareness between waking and dreaming.

📖 Aug 10 • STORYoga (Ages 2–5) with Holly K (5–5:45pm)
An imaginative blend of storytelling, movement, and play, STORYoga helps little ones explore emotions, breath, and self-expression. Parents can join in or watch the magic unfold. Perfect for curious minds and squiggly bodies!
🥁 Aug 13 • Drum & Chant with Jim Donovan (7–9pm)
Feel the pulse of community and connection through drumming and vocal rhythm. Jim creates an open, joy-filled space for everyone—from absolute beginners to seasoned musicians. No experience needed; drums provided.

👶 Aug 17 • Little Om Yoga (Ages 6 wks–24 mo) with Holly K (5–5:45pm)
Bond with your baby through gentle movement, songs, and breath. This is a sweet space to connect with your little one while also nourishing your postpartum body and spirit.

🔔 Aug 24 • Sound Bath with Katy Krevsky (3–4:15pm)
Let go and drop in. Surrounded by soothing frequencies from crystal bowls, chimes, and voice, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation. A beautiful reset for the body, mind, and spirit as summer begins to turn inward.

💛 Aug 31 • Community Yoga for Launch Pad (11am–12pm)
Support our local youth as they transition from care to independence. This accessible, all-levels class is by donation, with proceeds going to Launch Pad.
