Here we are in July already and I feel like June flew by so fast like a toupee on a windy day. I hope you are making the most of your summer so far.

I recently had the chance to enjoy a four-day class in North Carolina with like-minded bodyworkers. I learned more stretches, breath work, sound healing and guided meditation. I will continue to practice these techniques and hopefully share with you in the near future!

We are still in May thank goodness because it can go as slow as possible. Why? you ask because My Daughter Graduates at the end of this Month!! I know some of you have ones graduating too and know what I'm feeling.
