Cheers to the New Year!
It is a few hours away this New Year of 2026!
I've had some moments of deep thoughts the last few days. What did I feel like I was missing this past year? What intentions do I have for next year? and so on. I'll need some more intentional moments like that to write things down to clarify what my plan or steps are for sure.
One thing that I have been already making steps toward is making myself a priority. The saying "we only have one life to live" true, yes but also one body. Just one body that only we are responsible for. i have done so much to do the best for my kids and i need to take that same nurturing and same best for myself. i have had some health issues that I am pursuing with medical help, the rest I need to work on and really do the work.
I want to live strong, energetic and vibrant. This will flow into being a better Massage therapist as well. I want to keep being there fully as possible for you and many more that will come. We should always take a step back and think of what we need or want in life. New Years for me is a big reminder to do that and gives us 365 days to do whatever it is we need to do.
