Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune has been caring for our nation’s warfighters and their families for more than 80 years.

NMCCL is a Level III trauma center, supporting the military and civilian communities of Eastern North Carolina. Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune was first established as Naval Hospital New River on May 1, 1943 aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune. Since then, the medical center has proudly cared for Marines, Sailors, their families, and retirees and their families. Naval Medical Center Camp Lejeune celebrates 78 years of dedicated, passionate care for warfighters and beneficiaries. Today, the staff of NMCCL consists of nearly 3,000 active duty service members, civilian and contract personnel. As part of the Coastal North Carolina Market under the Defense Health Agency, we serve an eligible beneficiary population of approximately 170,000 people.

Pharmacy systems are restored after a temporary outage. Q-Anywhere remains offline. Q-Anywhere tickets submitted prior to 9:00 a.m. today (Thursday, April 16) are being processed and patients will receive a text when they are ready for pick up.
All previous messages on this issue have expired.

An enterprise-wide network outage has affected pharmacy systems at NMCCL. The Pharmacy is unable to process prescriptions except antibiotics and emergency medications at this time; Q Anywhere is offline as well.

As soon as systems are back online, we will post that information on our social media platforms and our website, and then patients can pick up medications that were in-process.

Hospital Corpsman First Class Melony Marcotte is the 2025 Senior Sailor of the Year for EMF Kilo! There are three secure drug take-back bins located at the following pharmacy sites:
- NMCCL Main Pharmacy
- Lejeune MCX
- MCAS New River Clinic

Proper disposal of prescription drugs reduces the risk of unintentional poisoning, drug abuse, and environmental harm.

As part of the event, our Trauma Nurse Coordinators and Corpsmen were invited to attend and teach life-saving Stop The Bleed techniques to ROTC and JROTC.

The Bluejacket of the Year for Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Camp Lejeune is Hospitalman Jaylen Aldridge. HN Aldridge is assigned to Marine Centered Medical Home Hadnot Point. HN Aldridge may be newer to the Navy, but he is making a big impact. Help us congratulate him on this recognition!
