Wiseman Funeral Home joins the nation in mourning the tragic loss of life in last night’s devastating accident over the Potomac River. Our hearts go out to the families and loved ones of the passengers and crew of American Airlines Flight 5342, as well as the dedicated servicemembers from Davison Army Airfield who tragically perished.

This loss is felt not only in the DMV but across the country. In this time of sorrow, we extend our deepest sympathies to all affected communities and stand in solidarity with those grieving. We are also grateful for the courageous first responders who worked tirelessly through the night in the search and recovery efforts.

May the memories of those lost be a source of comfort, and may their families find strength in the outpouring of love and support from across the nation.
