Upper eyelid lift or ‘Blepharoplasty’ was performed in this beautiful patient who complained of heavy upper eyelids. The incision is hidden in the shadow and transition of the eyelid crease and results in a rejuvenated appearance of the eyelid region.

Attention to detail is key. Patient has asymmetry preoperatively which needs to be taken into account while doing the procedure. Notice the gentle contour of the eyelids post op for a natural aesthetic result.

The procedure can be done under local anesthesia in under 1 hour. Downtime of 1 week and minimal pain.

A tummy tuck or abdominoplasty is a life changing body contouring procedure. Pregnancy and childbirth cause abdominal (6-pack) muscles to separate and cause a Re**us Diastasis. This weakens the core
muscles and causes unaesthetic bulging. Pregnancy also causes skin to stretch causing stretch marks.

As plastic surgeons, we have the unique opportunity to transform a devastating diagnosis of cancer and morbidity of a mastectomy into a chance of hope and social acceptance.

This 31 year old patient had bilateral ni**le sparing mastectomy with immediate prepectoral (above muscle) 520cc silicone implant reconstruction. She woke up in the operating room with a 1-stage reconstruction to restore form and shape of the breasts with hidden incisions at the infra mammary crease underneath the breasts.

She is now 6 months out with a beautiful result and excellent shape and volume her scar is well hidden under the breast.

As Charlie Munger says, “The first rule of compounding: Never interrupt it unnecessarily.” You don’t realise how valuable it is to just show up on your bad (or busy) days. Lost days hurt you more than successful days help you.

I feel blessed and grateful for having such a wonderful family, exceptional colleagues and coworkers. As a reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgeon, I have had an opportunity to work everyday doing something that I love and that enriches the lives of my patients in multiple ways.
