Strong leadership supports strong teams.

Bruce Ledesma, Head of Legal at NextPower, shares why he recommends training with Sean. Bruce highlights Sean’s personable approach and how he takes the time to listen to each employee’s goals, injuries, and limitations. That thoughtful coaching style has made him a trusted and successful part of the NextPower employee fitness program.

Most people do “lazy” planks with very little active engagement.

Here I’m coaching Pallavi to recruit her lats and properly brace her core during the hold.
These small form upgrades instantly increase total-body tension, making the exercise far more effective in less time while supporting better posture and back stability.

Ali and I were putting this K stretch to good use in Tahoe after a long day of snowboarding. Safe to say our bodies had some feedback.

Why it makes the regular rotation:
• Restores mobility through the hips and spine
• Opens the chest and shoulders
• Releases low-back tension
• Feels incredible after long days of activity

Train hard. Stretch regularly.

Cable side steps with Yuri.
This lateral movement builds hip, knee, and ankle strength while challenging the core to resist rotation. Training side-to-side stability is essential for joint health, balance, and real-world performance.

Strong laterally. Stable everywhere.

The Bird Dog Row is one of the best full-body exercises you can do anywhere.
Simple, effective, and high return.

It builds core, back, and glute strength, improves hip and shoulder stability, and helps counteract tight hip flexors from sitting.

Feeling stiff from sitting at your desk all day typing away? Try these simple self-massage techniques to relieve tension and improve circulation...⁣

Forearm: Grip your forearm at its widest point. With your fingertips and thumb, knead the muscles on the top and bottom using a rotational motion. Slowly move your hand, opening and closing your fingers to mobilize the massage.⁣

Neck and Shoulder: Sit up or stand up straight and roll your shoulders backward and forward a few times. Gently tilt your head side to side to loosen tight muscles. Place your fingers or knuckles at the base of your skull and apply gentle pressure in circular motions. Slowly work your way down the sides of your neck, pressing into any tense areas.⁣

Take a few minutes to care for your body and boost your productivity! ⁣
