BIG NEWS! Please meet our latest addition to the team- Dr. Kyndra Cervantes! Dr. Kyndra earned her B.S.E.D. in Health, Kinesiology, and Leisure Studies from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and graduated with my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West. She’s been proudly calling the Bay Area home for the last 6 years, and she is excited to be part of the Adapt Health family!

Adapt Health Clinic turns 7 years old today! Originally Grossman Chiropractic rebranded in 2022 to Adapt Health Clinic. It has been a rollercoaster of a journey running this small business from successes and failures. This year was about rebirth/rebuild. New location, new team, but the same goal in mind. Offer the best in chiropractic, massage, physical therapy, strength training. Our newest service Hyperbaric oxygen therapy to keep offering the best in the Bay Area! The best result we can get is a patient experiencing less pain and discomfort when they start coming in to Adapt Health Clinic. So many times we can feel discouraged when we continue to be in pain which can really impact only physical state, but also our mental state. Our doctors have been on their own pain journeys and are able to connect with all of their patients, listen to them, and help them achieve pain relief.
