The struggles we encounter can feel big and it may even feel unimaginable how you’ll ever make it through. These struggles are painful and need attention, and I'm guessing that's why you are here. Many times we are often hurting in response to other's actions and we carry pain, hurt, anger, and sorrow. Sometimes we are angry at ourselves for the way we’ve responded, or because we didn’t respond in
the way we believe we “should” have. These issues can become opportunities to heal and I believe there are ways to work through any difficult stressor that life presents. We always have the option to continue sitting in the pain and suffer, or we can face that pain and move through it. In a supportive, loving setting, with an intention to heal, we can face those struggles. Exploring our own pain, deepening our understanding, processing these unresolved issues allows change to happen. This is the key to moving through the pain. This pain is here to guide us. It’s an invitation for us to grow and heal. We never know what that’s going to look like. I believe with the intention to heal, anything is possible.
