Somatic IFS peeps ❤️

Marcella Cox and I decided to facilitate this group for those that want to stay connected with our SIFS Community and continue exploring and learning the Somatic IFS practices.

This group is only for folks that have trained with Susan and have at least completed their Step 1 program. We hope you’ll consider joining us!!

Deepening with Somatic IFS is a 6-month community where monthly sessions with Marcella and LaDonna will offer a spacious, supportive container where your system can settle, parts can soften, and your own embodied Self-leadership can deepen.

IFS is Internal Family Systems Therapy which is talk therapy that aims to heal your wounded parts and restore mental balance.

I don't post on here very often but I wanted to share about the fun I had presenting at the IFS Conference this year with two of my dear colleagues. We chose to present on Radical Resonance which is one of our Somatic IFS practices. LOVE this practice in my therapeutic work as well as in relationship with those I care about. May we all find joy in our careers...
