Whether used for baseline testing, retesting or assistance in setting fitness or weight loss goals, we offer pulmonary function testing, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) and VO2 (bike or treadmill) here in the office. Combining our passion for Family Medicine and Sports Medicine allows us to promote our philosophy of "Prevention is Key." While we enjoy treating sports injuries, we also like the challenge of introducing exercise into people's lives - increasing your fitness translates in to improved quality of life. When you are in shape you tend to eat and sleep better and have decreased stress levels. We have a long history with a number of our patients and patients' families and have had the privilege of seeing multiple generations come through our doors.
