Symposium participants were able to spend time at the Central KY Pediatric Care Symposium 2026 with Norton Children’s Hospital’s breakout skills sessions and these did not disappoint 👏

Hands-on, real-life learning with pediatric airway management, IV/IO access, trauma care, and critical thinking scenarios. Small group stations, amazing instructors, and the kind of training that truly builds confidence when it matters most.

Grateful for opportunities like this to keep growing and sharpening skills for our littlest patients 💙

An excellent and practical discussion focused on recognizing and managing congenital heart conditions in the prehospital and community setting.

The 2026 Central Kentucky Pediatric Care Symposium in Campbellsville is off to a great start!

We kicked things off with opening remarks from Dan Durham and Campbellsville University, setting the tone for a day focused on advancing pediatric care.

Our first speaker of the day, Christina Philpott, RN, CFRN, is presenting “Little Bodies, Big Emergencies” — an important and insightful topic highlighting the unique challenges of caring for pediatric patients.

Looking forward to a full day of education, collaboration, and continued growth in providing the best care for our youngest patients.

Tomorrow is the day!! Come out and enjoy a day of education with us!
