❄️ Taylor Regional Hospital Weather Schedule Update – Tuesday, January 27 ❄️

Due to inclement weather and hazardous road conditions, all Taylor Regional Hospital non-clinical care areas, practices, and locations will operate on a 2-hour delay on Tuesday, January 27.

—> Taylor Regional Hospital Health Clinic Columbia will be closed 1.27.26

TRH Team Members: This delay applies to all non-clinical TRH team members and outpatient services. Our 24/7 locations will continue normal operations. Please contact your Director with any questions.

Patients with scheduled appointments are encouraged to contact their provider’s office directly with any questions regarding their visit.

🌟 Please join us in welcoming Claire Hagan, APRN, to the Taylor Regional Urology team! 🌟

Claire is a board-certified family nurse practitioner joining Taylor Regional Urology. A proud Central Kentucky native, she was born and raised in Lebanon — where all of her family still resides. She’s thrilled to now serve patients so close to home!

Claire earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville and her Master of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University. She is certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Her clinical background includes plastic and pelvic reconstructive surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, and most recently, urogynecology. Claire’s well-rounded expertise makes her a valuable addition to our urology team, where she is now accepting new patients.

When she’s not in the clinic, Claire enjoys spending time with her two nephews, hiking, exercising, and riding horses.

We are so excited to have Claire join our Taylor Regional Hospital team and bring her compassionate, expert care to our community.
