Last week, we celebrated the incredible nurses who serve our patients with compassion, excellence, and heart every single day. This week, we also want to recognize another group that helps make One Cross what it is—our amazing receptionists. 💙

From the very first phone call to the moment someone walks through our doors, our reception team helps create a welcoming and caring environment for every patient we serve. Their kindness, patience, and dedication never go unnoticed.

💚 Mental Health Awareness Month Provider Spotlight 💚

This week, we are proud to highlight Heather Fenwick, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a valued member of our Behavioral Health team at One Cross Community Health & Wellness.

Heather joined One Cross in January 2025 as a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and sees patients in both our Campbellsville and Lebanon locations. She is currently accepting new patients.

Heather earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a specialization in psychiatric-mental health from Walden University in 2024. Since beginning her healthcare journey in 2012, she has served others with compassion, dedication, and a heart for helping people heal.

Heather believes her work is a calling and is passionate about providing holistic care that supports the emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being of every patient. Her faith-centered approach and commitment to listening and understanding allow her to help patients become the healthiest and most authentic version of themselves.

At One Cross, we are thankful for providers like Heather who live out our mission of whole-person care every single day. 💙

✨ Meet the Provider: Christina Tyus, FNP ✨

We’re excited to introduce Christina Tyus, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, to the One Cross Community Health & Wellness family! 💙

Christina earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University and brings more than a decade of nursing experience to our team. Throughout her career, she has specialized in Med-Surg and correctional healthcare, experiences that have helped shape her compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Born at Fort Knox and raised throughout Europe, Christina now calls Radcliff, Kentucky home, where she enjoys life with her six wonderful children and plenty of pets.

At One Cross, we believe healthcare is about caring for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—and Christina embodies that mission each and every day.

At One Cross Community Health & Wellness, we are proud to recognize the individuals who make whole-person care possible. Today, we’re highlighting Mike Wilson, LPCC-S, Director of Behavioral Health in Campbellsville, KY.

With over 23 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and compassion to our team. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor, he is deeply committed to providing client-centered, evidence-based care that meets people where they are.

Throughout his career, Mike has specialized in:
