Here is science that is a little hard to understand. It is saying mRNA mutate Stem Cells. Causing schizophrenia and neurogenesis

We found that CUL1-LoF reduced neurite branches and synaptic puncta density. This iSTOP pipeline enables a scaled and efficient LoF mutagenesis of NPD genes, yielding an invaluable shareable resource."

I found this 53 years ago. While in Southern California, fresh out of the Army, I was on a spiritual quest! I went to the Hare Krishnas and after I was woken up at 4 o'clock for prayers was not my cup of tea. that day i went to the LA airport and met an Indian Guru, he mentioned me in the crowd and all the Krishnas thought i was special! Well i left them with reservations and called the Buddhists, I had met many Buddhists in Viet Nam and was familiar with the teachings and people of that faith, but they said i had to read a book before I could see them.

I then saw a yoga studio and went in and was drawn like moth to a flame. Now after all those years, I have written three yoga and nutrition books, know a great teacher in England named Andera Teja collaborating on my fourth book.

Yoga may help reduce stress reactivity and may improve neurocognitive efficiency, which is our ability to more effectively use limited cognitive resources.
