Grief During the Holidays 🎄💔

The holiday season can be a time of joy, but for many, it also brings a deep sense of loss. Whether you're grieving a loved one, a relationship, or a life change, this time of year can feel especially heavy.

At Hope Awakened Counseling, we want you to know: you are not alone. Grief is a journey—one that doesn’t follow a calendar or a script. And while it may feel isolating, support is always within reach.
