In just two weeks, our Hospice Support Group at Pavilion at Canal Fulton will begin, offering a new opportunity to gather, reflect, and support one another through grief.

We invite anyone who’s experienced the weight of loss or the journey of hospice to join us in our chapel on Tuesday, August 27, at 2 PM.

Today, our community gathered for a very special clap out as we celebrated a resident’s exciting move to Assisted Living. 👏💙

The hallways were filled with cheers, smiles, and applause as friends and staff lined up to wish them well on their next chapter. It was a touching reminder that while we’ll miss seeing them each day, they will always be part of our Pavilion family.
