Welcome to FLOTE YOGA! 🧘‍♀️ 🧘‍♂️

The practice of yoga on the water creates a sense of being one with nature. When you practice yoga on the water, the board is your floating yoga mat. On board transitions are slowed, core engagement emphasized and focus enhanced on proper alignment in order to maintain balance amid nature’s changing elements. Located on a beautiful and tranquil setting on a large and well maintained pond. There are over 100 feet of sand beach to enter and exit the water. Join us in our new venture as we combine nature and fitness in a never before offered experience. Come Flote with us.
