An encouragement for us…

It can feel so heavy when learning about trauma and the many things that may cause trauma. But in learning about trauma, you will also learn that the brain has neuroplasticity. This means that with repeated behaviours and strategies learned from licensed mental health clinicians you can also heal trauma in the brain.
