🌿 Behind the Booth: Evolving My Display for 2026
When I first started doing vendor events, I spent so much time researching booth displays. I wanted to understand what actually catches the eye of someone walking by — what makes them pause, look, and maybe wander in.
Back then, I started small. I didn’t have a clear vision yet, and I definitely didn’t know how to pull different materials together in a way that felt cohesive. I bought pieces that didn’t really match, tried to make them work, and kept experimenting. Honestly… I still am.
Over the years, I’ve changed my booth design more times than I can count. What I’ve learned is that I need a setup that not only reflects the Daisy Springs aesthetic — warm, intentional, nature‑inspired — but also gives me flexibility. Every event is different. Booth sizes change. Layouts change. Weather changes. And that means I have to be thoughtful about what I bring, how much space I have, and whether I can display my full product line or need to curate it.
Now I’m entering a new season where I’m creating new products and that has me rethinking my booth all over again. How do I display everything clearly? How do I keep it feeling boutique and inviting? And how do I do all of this while also preparing for the days when I’m loading, setting up, tearing down, and reloading by myself?
So, weight matters. Durability matters. And so does the overall experience I’m giving both new and returning Daisy Springs customers. As I lean into the 2026 vendor season, I want every part of my booth — from the products to the signage to the flow — to feel purposeful and intentional.
If you’re a vendor too, or if you’ve seen booth setups that really stood out to you, I’d love to hear your ideas. What displays have you loved? What clever setups have caught your eye? I’m always learning, always refining, and always open to inspiration.
