WOD: Steward

Steward.

You have been given something.

Life.
Breath.
A presence that is not accidental.

You were created with dignity.
In the image of the Divine.

Nothing to earn.
Nothing to prove.

Given.

Placed within you
from the very beginning.

Pause.

Can you feel that?
Before anything you do…
before anything you prove…

you are already worthy
of being here.

And from that place
something else emerges.

A quiet responsibility.

Because what you have been given
was never meant to stop with you.

It moves through you.

Your gifts.
Your voice.
Your attention.
Your care.

All part of something larger.

So, ask yourself gently:

Am I awake to what I’ve been given?
Am I honoring it?
Am I using it with care?

Am I living only for myself…
or am I part of the greater good unfolding around me?

There is no judgment here.

Just awareness.

Because when you begin to see clearly,
something shifts.

Gratitude deepens.
The heart opens.
And giving becomes natural.

Not out of pressure.

But out of alignment.
You begin to live as one
who knows their worth…
and their responsibility.

So today…

receive the dignity that is already yours.

And notice how it calls you
to live with intention.

To serve.
To contribute.
To care.

With presence.

Our 2026 application for Respite Weekend, a three-day wellness retreat where guests get a break from caregiving to enjoy pampering and join in community to support one another, is now open!! We welcome you to apply for Respite if you are:

*An unpaid, female, full-time caregiver
*Financially disadvantaged
*Have not attended a previous Respite weekend
*Interested in joining a supportive community for female caregivers
*Participating in our monthly Caregiver Connection Circle programs

Our February Caregiver Connection Circle was an informative and empowering session focused on understanding female anatomy and the often-overlooked aspects of women’s sexual health.
