💙 Today is Plagiocephaly & Torticollis Awareness Day

If your baby consistently tilts their head to one side, prefers looking in one direction, or is developing a flat spot on their head, an early evaluation with a pediatric physical therapist can help.

According to the American Physical Therapy Association, early physical therapy is the most effective first-line treatment for babies with torticollis and associated plagiocephaly.

At Farmington Rehab, Christine Sickles, PT supports babies and families with compassionate, play-based pediatric therapy focused on symmetrical movement patterns and progression of gross motor development.

📞 Contact our Farmington location to learn more or schedule an evaluation.

🏆 March is National Athletic Training Month! 🏆

This is the time of year when sports are in full swing ⚽🏀🏈, and we want to honor the heroes on the bench, ready for any situation. But athletic trainers do so much more than that—they work behind the scenes in schools, clinics, hospitals, and all kinds of settings to keep people moving safely.

Athletic Trainers are often the first on the field and the last to leave—preventing injuries, providing immediate care, guiding rehabilitation, and helping athletes safely return to the sports they love. Their knowledge, dedication, and compassion make a difference for athletes of all ages in our schools and community.

Athletic Trainers – care you can count on! 💪🩺

👏 This month, join us in recognizing and thanking an Athletic Trainer who makes an impact in your life.

Our inpatient team decided to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day today 🍀

Let’s just say… there may have been more green outfits than usual.

We love any excuse to bring a little fun into the workday—especially when it involves teamwork, laughter, and a bit of Irish spirit.

Hope your day is just as lucky and full of smiles! 🌈
