Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, for any reason, please notify me at least 24-hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 24-hours notice are subject to a fee equaling half of the scheduled service price. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification, are subject to a fee equaling half of the amount of the scheduled service price. When you miss an appointment, I not only miss your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have
scheduled an appointment for that time. Late arrivals will receive the best treatment possible within the remaining appointment time; full service charges still apply. If I have an emergency, which requires me to reschedule your appointment within a 24-hour notice, I will honor this policy in reverse. You will receive half off of your next service price,
if I was unable to notify you within 24-hours. By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to honor this policy.
