Next Saturday the yoga class for women in Peri-Menopause and Menopause begins at Crossbridge Wellness Affiliates, LLC.
It's 8 weeks with an additional 6-hour day for a focused retreat with yoga, meditation, movement and other activities meant to connect you with yourself and be in community.
Each weekly yoga class will focus on a theme meant to bring your awareness to different ways of being in your body and with the experience of menopause. How might it feel to Befriend your Body, to acknowledge the impact of choices and to connect with the Truth? Journal or draw your experience after the practice and then join in a sharing circle where you will have the opportunity to share any insights that arose from this experience. Maybe it's a word or a feeling that is shared or maybe a deep insight about yourself. No judgement, no expectations, just come as you are and be present to whatever you're holding.
