I can never say enough about the pelvis, the true root of all movement. In our upcoming course, Experiential Anatomy: Yoga Therapeutics, we’ve shaped the learning into three chapters:

Classes start today — there is still time to register!

In Cultivating Breath – Illuminating Mind, we will be exploring how conscious breathing supports presence, vitality, and expression.

Material will be drawn from:

✨ Cellular and mitochondrial breathing for presence and energy
✨ The body’s many diaphragms including thoracic, pelvic, cranial, vocal, oral, and shoulder
✨ Embryonic breathing for recuperation and renewal
✨ The lobes of the lungs and their role in movement and support
✨ Centering breathing in the heart and vascular limbs
✨ Skin breathing for cleansing the surface of the body
✨ Nasal conchas to bring subtle expression to the face and voice
