Take your attention back. If you'd like some tips, here goes:
- Take 3 deep breaths between any task you do. Let there be space.
- Walk for the sake of walking, leave the music and podcasts behind. Notice your footsteps, your surroundings.
- Take 20 minutes at some point in the day and just be bored, no stimulation. Let your brain rest.
- Practice open awareness. Allow your awareness to just focus on everything for a short period, no judgment, not focus on any particular thing you notice.
Slowly but surely, you can overcome the habit of overconsumption. đŸ™‚
