We Have A Few Important Updates to share with you lovely folks!

✨The Wednesday Evening Womens Circle Gathering is NO longer being held within our center. We are grateful for its time with us here and all of you who joined in to create the space.

✨Beginning at the end of this month we have a potent new womens tribe coming into play. This offering holds a vast space for shadow integration, wholeness, and rooted depth. Stay tuned on our website for more information!

✨Kundalini Krya Yoga with Brenda will be making its solid return in The beginning of June- stay tuned on our website for more information!

focused on breaking down a drum solo! All women are welcome—no experience needed. You’ll learn simple, expressive movements while connecting to the rhythm in a relaxed and supportive space.
