~Hello Beautiful Beings~

The vibrations of yesterday morning still echo in my soul.🥹

Gathered in stillness, we breathed, we listened, and we surrendered~to the sacred resonance of sound, to the gentle embrace of Becky’s restorative yoga, and to the healing touch of Lindsay’s Reiki. Each element wove together, creating a space where mind, body, and spirit could soften, release, and realign. 🧘🏾‍♀️🙌🏾🎶

Each note, a gentle unraveling. Each vibration, a whisper from something greater~reminding us that healing is not something we chase, but something we allow.

In those moments, there was no past, no future. Just pure presence. Just the hum of the universe cradling us in its frequency.

Thank you to everyone who shared in this experience and gifted yourself this most precious gift of time. Your energy, your openness, your trust, your willingness to receive~it is what makes this work so deeply powerful 🙏🏾✨️✨️🙏🏾
