What you eat, how you rest, and how you manage stress all influence how it shows up.

Every phase of the menstrual cycle is impacted not only by what we eat, but also by how we move, rest, and manage stress.
• Nutrition gives your body the raw materials to make and balance hormones.
• Lifestyle choices like sleep, movement, and boundaries can either support or deplete your cycle.
