I realize it's been awhile. I miss having a storefront everyday and miss all of my clients and patrons.. The medical job that I took is definitely keeping me busy but I am still trying to kind a way to do both and do them both well.

I am still unsure where this crazy road is leading but I am open to figuring it all out amongst all of the other crazy things the universe is throwing our way... ..

Sending out Reiki love to all and wishing each and everyone of you either a Merry Holiday season or the ability to find peace in some way through a difficult time, and perhaps a bit of both for everyone ..

Be safe..Be open...and be honest with yourself about where you are and what you need. My love to all..

It's pretty tough closing the storefront after so much of me went into creating and building it up into the wonderful place it had become. But sometimes you need to listen when the universe is giving you alternatives even though it feels like something is ending. Every new beginning can only happen when something else is ending as the world tends to keep balanced. There are many energetic shifts occurring in the world right now and I am not exempt. I am excited to see where this part of my journey takes me and I am open to allowing it to happen. Being open and allowing are two big keys to change and controlling our need to stay put because it's comfortable.

I am leaving this page open for updates, occasional sales and hopefully words of wisdom along the way. I don't feel that this is the end of my reiki journey as much as a pause to prepare for the next level so I will update as I can and let you know if something changes. In the meantime, it's fall and Field Hockey Season so Let's Go Mavs! Time to enjoy my daughter's senior year!

Some people may have missed my post this week. Yes, I am closing my shop. I don't know if it's for good but It's definitely closing for now.

Here is part of my post.

I was unexpectedly given an pivotal career opportunity to really impact a whole new environment and provide a level of patient care that will ultimately help more people than ever in a whole new way. But this opportunity also requires more time and dedication and I believe doing something is worth doing it well and doing it right.

Therefore, after much contemplation, I have made the difficult decision to also close the DME REIKI AND WELLNESS CENTER. There are a lot of little things that have led to this decision as well as some very big things, but ultimately I don’t feel I can be a strong medical leader and still provide the level of time and dedication necessary to keep a business running. It has been an amazing journey for sure and I have met and been honored to have served some truly wonderful people along the way. I feel that I have given a comforting healing environment to those seeking it and in return have developed some wonderful relationships. I am now being pushed in a new direction and am excited to see what is on the next part of my journey.

The gift shop will be open on the following Saturdays :
July 6, 13, 20
August 3,10,17

I am willing to fulfill purchases or reiki sessions with any outstanding gift certificates so please try to get in prior to closing. I can be reached through text and messenger.

The last day the business I will be open is Sunday August 18 at noon. I will close the doors on my business and this chapter at 5 pm.

There will be specials and discounts along the way. I would love to see stones get to happy homes and the rest will likely be saved to see if this chapter is truly over or there is a plot twist down the road . In the meantime I am going to spend my energy watching my daughter play field hockey in her senior year, spend whatever time I can with my oldest son and his wife, look forward to seeing Kyle and Nicki when possible and of course spend time with my husband and dogs. This decade has been amazing and I want to thank everyone who was part of it. This part of my journey was truly memorable and this isn’t goodbye. It’s just until we meet again and I look forward to seeing you once again in the next part of this crazy happy life!

Did you know that the universe is always guiding us? Sometimes it sends little nudges and sometimes it knocks you over the head until you pay attention.

We all have different levels of awareness and of course free will that allows us to pay attention or block it all out. There are many things that can impact a person’s decision to make a change in life..those decisions can be as simple as what do I eat for breakfast or as complex as what am I doing with the rest of my life.

In the grand scheme of things you can think of it as your lifestory..during the writing or reading of the book you can read it in order, jump around a bit, follow chapters or just flip to a new page. EITHER WAY it’s all part of the same book whether it makes sense or not.

I am at the end of one of those chapters myself. I have served this community for more than 10 years as well as worked for the same employer in the medical field for 10 years.
