Your past can define you or your past can educate you🌊

One thing I notice about people with a strong mindset is that they tend to be future focused. They look forward to what may come and set goals that would enhance their experience. They don’t view temporary setbacks as failures or panic when things don’t go as planned. They see their future becoming even brighter🌅

Can you meet all of your shadows with humility and learn from them? Let go of misfortune when you encounter it? Stop allowing the people that p**s you off to steal your energy?

It’s not up to you what happened in your past. You can’t go back in time and change your actions.

But it is up to you to break the pattern. It’s up to you to recognize your mistakes and do better. It’s up to you to uplift the ones who support you and release those who don’t. It’s your responsibility to reinvent yourself into the best person you can be🌼
