Country Side Living Country Side living is a memory care community where our emphasis is on enhancing the lives of individuals with Alzheimer’s or other dementia. Berkey.

Opened in 1999, Country Side Living is the answer to Canby’s needs for a high level of care and comfort to those living with Alzheimer’s Disease, as well as other forms of dementia. By offering residents living with these diseases a place to go that is focused on their comfort and care, CSL has made it a priority to enrich our resident’s lives. By providing the residents with the best-trained staff possible, CSL’s care providers are committed to ongoing relationships with each resident, and building a satisfying life experience for all.
