Personal Care
I have been practicing many forms of healing modalities for 30 years. I have studied with doctors of Unani tradition, Siddha Medicine tradition, Ayurveda tradition, Chinese medicine tradition, and traditional Tibetan Medicine (Sowa Rigpa). I have received certifications in several modalities including Craniosacral Therapy, Sowa Rigpa and Ayurveda.
I also spent many years visiting indigenous healers of the Americas, and have been influenced by what they shared as well. I studied subtle energy modalities like Reiki Bach flower essences and soul retrieval. I offer what I was given through many years of studying (and in some cases working) with different healers of different kinds. I utilize many different approaches in my internal process of working with someone. Externally I primarily work with Craniosacral therapy and Sowa Rigpa , which is a 1,000 year old style of healing that is commonly referred to as Tibetan Medicine. It integrates knowledge from several healing systems like Chinese, Ayurveda, and Egyptian-Greek (Unani) medicine. It is based on the energetic foundations of the emotional-mental stresses, and efficiently deals with many hard problems such as degenerative disease, digestion, hormonal issues, sadness due to loss, anxiety, weight issues, pain and troubles with sleeping.
