Take a look at our 2025 recap! What a year!

As we reflect on 2025, one theme stands out above all else for Community Behavior Consulting: Growth born from genuine community need. Many of the major developments this year were not part of an initial plan, they emerged organically as families, schools, and partners expressed what was needed most...

Ohio families are facing months, sometimes over a year, before their child can access autism evaluations and essential therapies like ABA. These delays don’t just create stress; they cost kids valuable time during the developmental window when early intervention can make the greatest impact.

HB 453 directly addresses the barriers causing these long waitlists by strengthening insurance coverage, stabilizing reimbursement for providers, and supporting a stronger therapy workforce. When providers can participate in insurance networks, families get access faster—and children get the care they’ve already been promised.

Families shouldn’t have to fight this hard for medically necessary services. Kids can’t wait, and neither should Ohio. Learn how you can support HB 453 and contact your legislators today at www.asdohio.com/hb-453/

It is important to consider that the best option is individual based on each child's needs and abilities.

Our staff are encouraged to share victories and it is hard to keep up with so many accomplishments! Just this week, we had very successful group work throughout our Alternative Learning Program in Poland, a planned non-emergency visit from the Niles Fire Department and fine motor victories in Niles, and a wonderful share of a previously non-verbal child singing the Itsy Bitsy Spider in Canfield.
