Reiki is an ancient healing energy work from Japan. With its connection to the universe and gentleness is a great resource for anyone. With Reiki Level 1 students will learn the following:

-Introduction To Reiki
-Reiki History and Origins
-Reiki Ethics
-Hands-Off Positioning for Healing
-Connecting and Channeling Divine Energy
-Chakras and Body Scans

Reiki is an excellent source for self-growth and listening to one’s own body. This is a 2 part class to help individuals learn and reflect.
