Welcome to Studio Oxygen – Where Movement Meets Mindfulness , since 2006. At Studio Oxygen, we offer more than just a workout—we provide a holistic wellness experience that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit. Our studio features a diverse range of classes, including yoga, cycle, Bodhi Pilates, Barre, and more, designed to challenge, strengthen, and restore your body while nourishing your mental and emotional well-being. Whether you're looking to energize your day with a cycle class, sculpt and tone your muscles with Barre, or find balance and flexibility through yoga, we have something to support your journey at every level. Cycle: Our indoor cycling classes are designed to get your heart pumping and your body moving. Set to high-energy music, each class is an empowering full-body workout that boosts cardiovascular fitness and endurance while providing a dynamic and motivating experience. Bodhi Pilates: Bodhi Pilates is a modern twist on traditional Pilates, using suspension training to engage your muscles in new ways. These classes target core strength, improve posture, and provide a full-body conditioning workout that enhances flexibility, balance, and coordination. Barre: A fusion of Pilates, yoga, and ballet, our Barre classes are designed to sculpt, tone, and lengthen your muscles. Have You Tried Open Studio?

Open Studio is a dedicated space and time for a personal practice at your own pace in a heated room. This is a self-guided session, providing a peaceful environment for yoga practice, mindfulness, or stretching. Each open studio session lasts one hour and is heated to approximately 85 degrees.

Booking & Pricing:
- Included for all autopay members.
- Available to non-members as a single class pass.
- Can be booked online like any other class.

You can check out Open Studio each Wednesday from 9:30am-10:30am or 10:45am-11:45am in Poland!
