BIG NEWS-- We are continuously growing and are now expanding to a second location 👏👏👏👏 . If you know someone who provides the absolute BEST customer service you have EVER seen and cares deeply for the interest of the patients, we would love to meet them. Medical experience is a plus!
During the next few months, you may see us scratching our heads as we convert to our NEW electronic medical record system. The new system will allow us to advance to a higher level in service to you. We are excited for this new change.
We have also brought back our amazing overflow answering service. If we are busy caring for patients or after hours and you call, you may receive an answer from a new voice. These are our incredible helpers who assist in brief treatment descriptions, scheduling appointments and sending us important updates. They only answer if we are not available to get to the phone. We do treat 50+ incredible patients/day and we know your call is important. They ARE HIPAA compliant and the best was for us to help with anything you need faster!
