Happy Friday! Let’s have story time. I got a call from a customer telling me that her daughter had broken her arm a couple weeks ago. She said the previous night her daughter was up most of the night crying because her arm was itching inside the cast. I told her that’s actually the bone healing that’s causing the itch. So what did I do? I went and made bone itch tea! If you know anyone recovering from a broken bone this tea will help the bone mend, reduce pain and prevent that itching sensation. I just finished the rough draft of the first chapter of the book! I am so blessed to have the time to create what I have been dreaming of since I was 16. I am so excited to be on this journey. The first chapter is all about common kitchen herbs. It covers 9 herbs and gives a remedy for each one.

This weekend I had time to write for my book. It’s called My First Herbal. So many of the texts that I use/used and learned from are written like reference manuals. Unless it’s your hyperfixation it can be hard to get through. This book is being written for ten year olds and above. There’s humor, fun facts, and is generally more approachable. I’m so excited to share about this and the progress of it. I had written 3 chapters in the past and wrote two more over the weekend. I will share snippets as I write them. I hope everyone has an amazing week!

What do you do when an event is slow? You plan! I am so excited to announce that I am now working Adder’s Health Services full time. This means more content on here, more time for customers, and more time for all the goals I have.
The image is of my Milanote. I love this planning app and website. It keeps the chaos organized.
The goals that were put on the back burner that can now be revisited are writing a book, getting products in a local coffee shop, and finishing my first herbal class!

Hello everyone! It has been a while since I posted. Lots of shifts happening in my life which I will share at a later date.
Today and tomorrow I am at a metaphysical fair. It’s 10am to 5pm both days.
Located at Adams County Regional Park 9755 Henderson Rd Brighton CO 80601
$10 for one day or $15 for both days.
Kids 12 & under are free!
This will be my last fair like this.

There has been so much change and so little change all at the same time recently. Just like the waterfall and the river in the image below flow with that change. Trust that what is happening is for the growth, healing, and transformation of all. Ignore the fears and doubts that creep in. Those are telling you to resist and there is no reason to give into the fear and choose resistance. Choose to flow, to let it all unfold as it is supposed to. Take the actions in your life that are supportive. Focus on what you can bring forth for yourself, your loved ones, your reality. I am sending you all so much love and gratitude for the abundance you are bringing into the world.

There have been massive energetic shifts over the past few weeks and another coming. Do not let your stubbornness stop you from shifting your path. Follow the flow allow yourself to be open to all possibilities, all paths, all areas. There is no one true path for anyone. Staying on the same path reduces your ability to adapt, grow, and change. Look for the signs allow the flow to be there and accept the changes.
