On this Friday, we join the American Hospital Association and stand in solidarity with our colleagues across our hospitals and clinics – and the healthcare industry – to raise awareness about the increased risk of violence against healthcare workers in recent years.

Make no mistake: Violence and aggression have no place at our care sites. Through increased training, risk evaluation, emotional support for our teams and more, we are dedicated to violence prevention. Every patient deserves to be treated with compassion, and every health care worker deserves to be treated with respect.
