I wanted to share an update to my injury back on January 23rd. I recently went for my first follow-up appointment and had the cast and stitches removed. Everything is healing as it should. I will be non-weight bearing for another 3 weeks, then will be in a walking boot. I'll need PT and OT. I am looking at coming back to work sometime in June.

Thank you for all the kind words, good vibes, and prayers. It has helped me immensely! 💚 may the healing continue, and I come back stronger and more connected. ✨️

Tuesday evening, I took my first ride in an ambulance. I had arrived at AGH to learn that I had dislocated and fractured my ankle in 3 places. Yesterday, I received my first of 2 surgeries to correct the breaks. At this time, I will be closing Grounded until I am able to recover and regain my strength. I want to thank all of you for your support, and I hope to see you soon!
