We’re excited to share we have partnered with to increase Parkinson’s Disease classes in Washington County! 🎉

Come and join one of our Occupational Therapists, Tori, at our weekly ‘Find your balance’ class weekly on Mondays from 3-4 PM. This class is FREE to attended and is specific to individuals with Parkinson’s Disease!

We’re adding even more fun to our Adaptive Fishing Days!! 🎣🧠

We have partnered with to ofter FREE Adaptive Fishing Days to people of all ability levels across Pittsburgh… and now stroke survivors can receive a FREE screen at the event!

Our local Vivistim representative will be present, as well as a stroke survivor who just went through the specialized Vivistim therapy and a few stroke survivors who are awaiting insurance approval for their device.

The event(s) are completely free of charge and include all of the equipment, bait, licenses and training (if needed) to ensure a fun day for all. 🎉

If you, or your loved one, are unhappy with your hand and arm function and are looking to get some more information about the device and to see if you would be a candidate for Vivistim, come and join us for a fun day on the water, completely free of charge!!

If transportation is a barrier to attending, please reach out to us directly at info@neuroaxisrehab.com or by calling/texting 724-585-8145 and we will set up transportation to and from the event for you, Free of charge!

Neuroaxis Rehab and are teaming up to bring you two fun-filled, totally FREE fishing events designed for all mobility levels!

📍 Where & When:
    •    North Park – Sunday, August 31st | ⏰ 10 AM – 12 PM
    •    Canonsburg Lake – Sunday, September 7th | ⏰ 10 AM – 12 PM

💙 What’s included?
    •    Fishing instruction (no experience needed!)

After a massive stroke in February, one of our patients has been working tirelessly to regain function in his left hand.

His progress was not where he wanted it to be so he started occupational therapy with NeuroAxis. In just 1️⃣ session with Dani, everything changed…

That day he:
🛒 Carried groceries
💪 Pushed a heavy wheelbarrow
🔧 Assembled a tiller
🌱 Cultivated and planted his 90’ x 60’ garden

His wife said it best: “This was all because of the newfound faith in himself.”

This Father’s Day wasn’t just special for this stroke survivor — it was a turning point.

Recovery is about more than movement. It’s about confidence, dignity, and possibility.

Someone recently asked me how NeuroAxis Rehab was different from other therapy companies. While I have many ways to describe how we are different from your “standard“ therapy options, I would sum them up with one simple sentence… “We all genuinely care about you and your family, and we’ll do whatever we can to help support you. “

✨Yes, our therapists are specialized in treating neurologic conditions.

✨ Yes, we are set up to provide intensive therapy services multiple days a week.

✨ Yes, we come directly to you to ensure your therapy is as salient and functional as possible.

BUT, what we also do is take care of you and your loved ones beyond the therapy!

Our healthcare system is challenging enough to navigate when you don’t have a significant neurologic condition. We are here to not only help you succeed in therapy, but help you both navigate the healthcare system and advocate for you and your loved ones to ensure you are set up for long-term success!
