I will be offering the Awakening the Light Body Meditation Group beginning Tuesday September 9th.

This channeled meditation curriculum by Oren and Daben is the best course I have found to teach participants how to meditate, expand
consciousness and move through energetic blockages, trauma and other psychological wounding, rapidly and with ease. This course also develops your ability to stay neutral instead of going into states of fear and “fight or flight” and ease chronic pain. Many people experience greater insight, and the development of their psychic ability as a result of the course. Awakening the Light Body willl initiate a process of healing and transformation, and our group will be a safe and sacred “therapeutic” space to hold, assist with, and witness your transformation. https://www.centerforholistictherapy.com/awakening-the-light-body/

We will meet 4 Tuesdays a month for 7 months, from 7-9pm.

The cost for group participation is $200 per month ($50 per week) plus the cost of the meditation curriculum (6 volumes of guided meditations) that can be downloaded,

Beginning September 12-14, immerse yourself in the ancient indigenous wisdom of The Pachakuti Mesa Tradition in an Apprenticeship in Cross-Cultural Shamanic Arts for Personal and Planetary Healing with Kimberly June, Sanctioned Teacher in the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition in Pittsburgh, PA. Find a renewal of spirit and community in a year-long, five-part series of foundational intensives that align the traditional teachings of Peru and the wisdom of its heritage with the needs of the present day.

This apprenticeship is designed to awaken in every participant who completes the program a re-membrance of their incarnational purpose as luminous strands of the Great Web of Life in service to the Seven Generations.

You’ll receive profound wisdom teachings and powerful initiations into shamanic arts with a senior teacher sanctioned by Peruvian Maestro don Oscar Miro-Quesada, Kamasqa Curandero and Altomisayoq Adept from Peru.

Participants will explore ceremonial mastery through shamanic journey and visionary states within the three worlds of the Andean cosmovision for self-empowerment, transformation, and better serving all beings. You will learn to:
