Monica’s knee pain made it hard to walk, and she wanted her life back. This year, Dr. Slipak replaced both of Monica’s knees and she’s now running after her grandkids.

Monica walked, unassisted, into her first surgical follow-up, just two weeks after her second knee replacement. She also conquered the stationary bike and a flight of steps at her second physical therapy session.

As a self-proclaimed “dirt hunter,” Monica proudly told the physical therapist that she’s already running the carpet cleaner.
