Happy Friday everyone!! 🤍

Linking two articles for my wonderful Christian friends + clients who are curious about Reiki but wonder if it conflicts with their religious views 🤍

Reiki is a complementary health care practice that is often surrounded by myths, including that it is a religion or sect, witchcraft or a cult or that it goes against God, and that could not be further from the truth! I am here to debunk these misconceptions for you! 🤍

While Reiki is certainly about spirituality, it has no connections to any religion or cult. There are no Reiki churches, Reiki priests, Reiki sermons or Reiki masses. Nor will you find a commune of Reiki initiates zealously following and giving all their money to their Reiki leaders. Reiki practitioners are not followers but independent thinkers.

Even the guiding principles that serve as the foundation of Reiki have no connection to religion.

The guiding Five Reiki Principles are:

Just for Today…
I will let go of anger
I will let go of worry
I will be grateful
I will do my work honestly
I will show kindness to every living thing

Fundamentals that everyone can surely benefit by.

It helps promote relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing and promotes a more balanced energetic system.

Healing is a whole body process. Healing comes when we do more than just talk about it. It’s physical, mental, emotional, and it’s energetic. If you have old wounds or insecurities that need healing and you’re ready to release and heal, I’d be happy to help you. I’ve done deep work myself and with the men and women I am so honored to help – the deep work that roots itself in unshakable compassion and grace. I’m passionate about helping men and women return to their essence, their core, their true self. To hone their intuition and know they can trust and be guided by it, silence the internal shoulds of society and connect with their divine feminine or divine masculine.

Hello all you beautiful souls!! Wanted to give an update on my location change! I will no longer be in South Park after this week! My new path in my journey of life is taking me to Washington, Pa, (near the meadows) conveniently located right off of 79 and 19, for the next 12 months, where I will be taking clients from my home ☺️

If you keep hearing this word Reiki but you don’t know exactly what it means…Maybe you know it’s something spiritual… Maybe you know it’s some sort of healing… Maybe you’ve seen it on Tik Tok. It feels good but don’t really know what it is??? Then this is for you!!! ☺️

Reiki is a form of Japanese energy healing! It was created in the early 1900s by Mikao Usui. And it is the Japanese word re which means universal and ki like chi energy, the universal life force energy.

Essentially we all can perform Reiki. We are all able to pull on life force energy. But when you work with a Reiki practitioner, we are tuned to a certain frequency that allows us to move that energy through source through our hands so essentially works to conduit for your healing. You’re laying there. You’re calling this source energy to you, and it is running through the reiki practitioner like a straw!

It’s beautiful. It’s like you’re healing yourself. We’re just helping you by being a vessel and holding the space, allowing energy to flow through at a certain frequency to match your healing, to create harmony in your body!

The beautiful thing is this works with you physically, mentally, emotionally AND spiritually. So people can come to me with their knee hurt and Reiki can help. People can come in and be heartbroken, Reiki can help ease that pain. People can come in and be mentally bogged down or depressed and it can help that.

You wouldn’t drive your car for 10 years and never take it to get an oil change, never take it to get a tune up. It’s the same thing. It’s an energetic tune up so that you can run the way you are supposed to be running.

We all know that everything is made of energy. This is a fact. Reiki is a way to balance your own energy so that life becomes easier, so things get less heavy.

My main goal is to educate and empower my clients, to help them understand how to work with their own energy system. I am so passionate about it because it changed my life.

✨ REIKI IN A NUTSHELL :

Reiki is an ancient energy healing practice that originated in Japan. It is not bound by any form of religion, but operates within the laws of life force energy that is present everywhere. Life force energy, or Chi (Qi), flows through us, even in non-living things. When energy flows freely without blockage, we experience complete and inner control.

✨ MY PROCESS / WHAT TO EXPECT :

Step 1 :

We will sit and list your intentions for your session. I will be asking you several questions over where you feel stuck physically, emotionally, mentally, and/or spiritually.

Step 2 : I will measure your frequency before the reiki session begins and after the session ends with my pendulum. Your frequency is based off the Map of Consciousness developed by David R. Hawkins. (See Picture Below) Fun fact : my core frequency is 575!

Step 3 : We will then begin the reiki session where you are lying down comfortably, and I will place my hands over various parts of your body (without touching you) and transfer healing energy through the Reiki. As I tap into the Reiki, I will be telling you during the session which of your chakras are blocked, which body parts could use healing and present any messages to you from your spirit guides. (One client of mine had shoulder pain for weeks, and after just 1 session, they said their shoulder pain went away!)

Step 4 : Once we are done, I will show you the Chakras Quick Reference Cards (pictured below) and show you which chakras were blocked and make recommendations on how to keep those chakras unblocked and free flowing ☺️
